Development Engineering Manager at WhiteWater

Lead the Development Engineering team at WhiteWater, driving innovation and excellence in product development. This full-time managerial role in Richmond, BC involves mentorship, resource planning, and project ownership. As the Manager/Team Lead, you will support engineers and designers, ensuring the balance of workloads and effective execution of projects following the Stage-Gate process.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers • Support team through feedback and mentorship • Allocate resources across active projects • Monitor workload and resolve resource conflicts • Serve as escalation point for project concerns Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Applied Science or equivalent • Minimum 5 years in engineering leadership • Experience with product development and project management • Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng. or P.E.) preferred • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Drive product development excellence by leading a dedicated team at WhiteWater in Richmond.
