We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and logistics, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Playbook Logistics and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Transportation, Logistics, Asset or Brokerage based
• Minimum of 1 years sales experience within the transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in English
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Criminal background Check
