PMP Fabrication Facility Administrator

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Fabrication Manager and be responsible for critical administrative tasks that support our busy shop. Your efforts in managing documentation, placing material orders, and participating in safety initiatives will ensure our operations run efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: • Document and file delivery paperwork accurately • Place material orders based on team requests • Maintain shop orders and documentation packages • Actively engage in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee • Support internal communications and meeting scheduling Requirements: • At least 3 years of administrative experience • Previous involvement in construction or fabrication is preferred • Experience with material management systems • Familiarity with safety documentation processes • Excellent communication skills in writing and orally Bring your proactive approach and organizational expertise to our dedicated team.
