Lead customer implementations at Fatigue Science as a key advocate for our innovative fatigue management solutions. Support major industrial clients while working in a hybrid role based in Vancouver, Canada. As the Implementation Director, you will work closely with the CEO to drive technological adoption and relationship building with global customers. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring effective implementations, expansions, and renewals while championing customer needs across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Continuously improve implementation and change management practices • Assist in pricing and define statements of work for projects • Understand and integrate customer fatigue management policies • Provide oversight for planning and execution of implementation activities • Track and analyze implementation statuses for all customers Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred • Experience in driving SaaS implementation in professional services • Strong project management and leadership skills • Excellent communication with executive-level stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team Shape the future of fatigue management with your expertise at Fatigue Science.
