Dunn Group Financial Controller Position

Drive financial growth at Dunn Group as a Financial Controller. This role requires a builder's mindset to develop accounting systems across high-volume operations. As part of Dunn Group, you will take on the Controller role responsible for managing finance and accounting functions at Renewable by Andersen locations. You'll ensure compliance and accurate reporting while fostering a culture of accountability. Collaborate with company leaders to create processes that align with rapid business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead month-end close and compliance across regions • Create scalable accounting systems and procedures • Coach junior team members for professional growth • Build financial systems supporting marketing expenses • Partner on accounting strategies with CFO and CEO Requirements: • Must hold a CPA designation • 7-10 years in senior accounting and finance • Experience with cross-border (Canada/US) accounting • Multi-entity management experience required • Proven ability to develop and implement processes Grow with Dunn Group and amplify the success of our financial operations in the Pacific Northwest.
