• Lead the design and delivery of Operational technology (OT) network solutions for clients in energy, mining & metals, and industrial sectors,
• Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new projects and positioning BBA as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare proposals and technical deliverables, including reports, specifications, drawings, budgets, schedules, and scope of services, to support both project execution and business growth.
• Engage in business development efforts, leveraging your professional network to generate opportunities and promote BBA’s expertise.
• Provide technical leadership while driving practice growth, fostering collaboration across teams, and enhancing BBA’s market presence.

Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma of Technology in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science, telecommunications or network administration; or any other relevant training
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex networks and telecommunications systems.
• Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
• Asset: Experience with information and communication technologies
• Asset: Experience with operational technologies
• Asset: Experience with projects in the energy, industrial, and mining sectors

An Overview Of BBA’s Total Reward

• Annual base salary, based on 37.5 hours weekly, between $130 000 to $ 180 000
• Annual bonification program for all regular employees

BBA considers many factors to determine the annual base salary such as, but no limited to: Location of the position, education, relevant and demonstrated work experience, technical assessment, qualifications, certifications, and other relevant competencies.
