Front Store Manager Position available in Smithers, BC
Pharmasave, BC’s largest and most successful group of independently owned drugstores, has an opening for a full time Front Store Manager in our Smithers location. This position requires a leader with proven problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills who is experienced in managing people, sales, budgets, and productivity in a busy retail environment. The successful candidate will understand the importance of fostering a positive work environment which supports and encourages all staff to work to their best abilities. Our company is committed to provide the best in customer service for our clients and our management team must be focused on delivering this at store level.

Skills Required:

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years management experience in drug or grocery
Computer literate with Word, Excel, Email programs along with the ability to learn our pos computer system.
Ability to manage your time well, meet deadlines and stay organized
Understand retail finance and budgeting |
