We are also looking for someone with a strong track record in either sales or customer service, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude. Candidates who can see the full earning potential of working on commission and weekly bonus. You decide the minimum yearly income that you want to make and the tax that you need to pay. On top of these every qualified candidate will be given the opportunity to own the company thru stock ownership option. Our career agents make $40K-$60K their first year and $70-$80K after that. Management position is available to ambitious and deserving candidates after passing an evaluation test on the 3rd month. Our tenured managers make six figures annually.
Requirement for consideration:
• Life insurance license
• If unlicensed, be able to pass the licensing and back check requirement
• Driver’s license
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
