Job Responsibilities * Responsible for growing distribution, volume, profitability and brand experience within a portfolio of Urban High End or Nightlife (on premise) accounts * Develop a deep knowledge base related to brewing process, beer types and styles, handling, tasting, serving in order to develop our brands, and enhance consumer and customer experience on premise * Represents total Labatt portfolio, with emphasis on specialty brands * Ownership of annual territory planning, individual customer planning, promotional evaluation and customer sell-back, competitive intelligence gathering and opportunity identification (with Regional Specialty Sales Manager approval) * Territory spend and budget management * Build strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups * Identify and leverage business opportunities (i.e. new customers) * Constant delivery of superior on premise experiences * Execution of call cycle and administrative duties (routine management)

Skills Required:

REQUIRED SKILLS: * College diploma required but University Degree preferred for advancement opportunities (business-related field an asset) * Passion for Beer and Food Industry * Budget management experience, analytical skills, strong business acumen * Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills * Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) * Strong impact and influential abilities * Driven and ambitious * Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and Powerpoint * Must hold a valid driver?s license * Flexible with irregular working hours to be present during key period on premise (including many evenings and weekends)
