The Opportunity

Position: Quality Assurance Auditor / Technical Support Auditor

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Auditor (Technical Support Auditor) will be responsible for assessing the quality of service and training to ensure continuous improvement.  Establishes and maintains professional relations with clients and other related industry professionals.  The Technical Support Auditor will provide detailed facility audits, training, education, and assistance in resolution of complex pest infestation issues.  Provide On-The-Job training and assessment of job processes to Route Managers in accordance with established Company policies and with government regulations.

Skills Required:

  • Driver’s license
  • Possesses a minimum of 3 years Pest Management service or Food Safety Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
  • Post-secondary degree in Life Sciences is an asset
  • Possess a strong commitment to customer & quality service. Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail oriented.
