Our Assistant Commercial Auto Coordinator works closely with our Commercial Auto Coordinator and Business Division Clients to ensure their needs are met by providing exceptional service.

What will you get to do? As our Assistant Commercial Auto Coordinator you will be backed by our strong, well established company brand. You will provide excellent customer service to our Business Division Clients in person, on the phone and through email. You will be able relay your ICBC technical expertise to our valued Business Division client base. In this demanding and fast paced role you will manage commercial auto renewal lists, process endorsements, new plate policies and cancellations amongst other duties.  You will work on large and small fleets, garage policies and special coverage policies.  You have strong knowledge of commercial auto insurance needs, rating and coverage requirements for commercial vehicles.  You are experienced with the calculation of discounts and surcharges for fleets and garage policy rating.

Skills Required:

What do you need to bring to the table?
  • Strong Autoplan experience
  • Fleet/Garage Policy experience
  • Level 2 license or close to completion
  • Working on CAIB or CIP Designation
  • Cross-selling and up-selling abilities
  • Excellent follow-up and follow through
  • Good technical and computer skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Extra hours may be required depending on workload
  • Strong problem solving abilities (resourceful)
  • Excellent computer skills
